Fintech Kissht secures $80 million in funding


Vertex Growth and state-owned Brunei Investment Agency were lead investors in consumer lending fintech firm Kissht, raising $80 million in new funding. IndusLaw and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised on the operation.

Singapore-based Vertex Growth is part of Vertex’s global venture capital network of affiliates in China, Israel, Southeast Asia, India and the United States. Founded in 2019, it manages over $750 million in assets, funding more than 20 companies and eight unicorn startups.

Existing investors Vertex Ventures SEA and India and Endiya Partners also participated in the new funding round through primary investment and secondary acquisition.

IndusLaw advised Vertex Growth, Brunei Investment Agency, Vertex Ventures, Endiya Partners, Ventureast and Sistema Asia Fund on this transaction. Cyril Amarcand Mangaldas was Kissht’s legal advisor.
