“Recruitment is the main problem for growing companies in France and Europe: they don’t grow fast enough because they don’t recruit quickly enough,” explains CEO Antoine Gigomas. “Our goal is to boost our customers, help them innovate and gain market share by recruiting quickly”.

Founded in 2020, Muzzo’s algorithm analyzes every job posting an employer has up for grabs and produces a list of top performing recruiters in each job category based on location, level of experience, their familiarity with a given industry, and perhaps more importantly, a history of successful placements. According to Muzzo, their department is able to provide clients with their first application in 48 hours and a position filled in less than 3 weeks.

So far, the company has spent no money on marketing and advertising and yet has helped more than 115 companies, including Leroy Merlin, Qonto, Payfit, Xerfi and the Ministry of Culture, to successfully fill positions with quality hiring, which resulted in a turnover of one million euros. .

Muzzo’s € 2.1 million round of funding was led by Breega, along with Bpifrance and angel investors such as Xavier Niel, Gonzalo Manrique and Jonathan Widawski, among others.
